Do you ship internationally? 

Currently we do not ship internationally. We only ship to customers in the continental United States. 

When will I get my order?

    Orders should arrive within 2 weeks (though it is not guaranteed). If three weeks have passed since you placed an order and you haven't received anything yet, please send an email to support@susgymapparel.com. 

    Where will my order ship from?

    Orders are shipped from the East Coast of the United States. 

    Who prints your t-shirts? 

    Our t-shirts are made by a small local print shop on the East Coast. We believe in supporting small business. We do not use a large corporate business, such as a print on demand (POD) company, to source and fulfill our orders as these companies are not reliable and often lack quality control. 

    What is your quality control process? 

    Our quality control process is a two-part process. Initial quality control is done by the local print shop after the t-shirts are printed. Sus Gym Apparel also does quality control ourselves after the t-shirts are received. Each shirt is checked for misprints and deficiencies before being packaged and shipped. 


    My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

    Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

    • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
    • Ask your local post office if they have your package
    • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

    If you are sure the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or your neighbor’s front door, please send your order number to support@susgymapparel.com and let us know what happened as soon as possible so we can work together toward a resolution. 

    We do not offer refunds if you made a mistake in your delivery address. 

    Sus Gym Apparel LLC is not responsible for missing, damaged, or lost packages in the mail. 

    Sus Gym Apparel LLC is not responsible for mistakes made by the mail courier / postal service as this is out of our control. 

    How do I track my order?

    You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us an email at support@susgymapparel.com.


    I received a misprinted/damaged product, what should I do?

    Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately by sending an email to support@susgymapparel.com if you received a damaged item or an incorrect item. Be sure to include photos of the damaged/wrong product, your order number, and any other details you have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible. 

    What’s your return/refund policy?

    Please refer to our Refund Policy page linked at the bottom of our website to learn more about our return/refund policy. 


    Can I exchange an item for a different size/color/design?

    Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time so please be sure to double check your order before checking out.
